Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, the seller hands the parcel to our courier within 48 hours. We aim to deliver within 5 days inside Dhaka and within 10 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. These are targets, and delays caused by the courier or by events outside our control are not our liability, but we will refund you in full if we cannot deliver.
Pre-owned goods and beauty products
Items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Beauty products are sold only if sealed, unused, in original packaging and within their expiry date. We do not guarantee that a pre-owned beauty product carries a certification mark. If you have concerns about a product, ask us before you order.
